    Authorities Prosecute Towing Scam CBS 2 Exposed

    The scam, first exposed by CBS 2 Investigator Pam Zekman, involved thieves towing and selling cars to scrap yards without permission. Now Cook County authorities say they will close up the loophole that allowed the scam to operate.
